HOW IT WORKS

1. Download your free Starter Kit Click the button below and it lands right in your inbox. You can also access additional resources through my Gumroad link.

2. Complete at your own pace Answer a few simple prompts. Take at least 15 minutes. Write like you talk. Watch the Workshop Video for tips.

3. Submit to Vicki Complete Voices Google Doc or Email your information from your completed forms and a photo (or logo) to vicki@laptoplyfe.com​

4. We handle the rest Your submission is professionally written, designed, and sent back to you for approval before anything goes to print. Upgrade options are available and explained in more detail below.

THE BOOK

The Voices of the Chamber — Founding Edition is a collaborative member book written by members, for the community. Every participant will be included in the Founders Edition.

Members may participate through a complimentary Community Submission or choose an upgraded Featured or Featured Plus Page for expanded storytelling and visibility. Businesses wishing to feature additional team members may add additional Featured pages.

Upgrade: Featured pages are available.

Once published, our book will be shared and offered at Chamber events and kept as a permanent record of this 2026 chapter of the Windsor CO Chamber.

This is the Founding Edition. If you're in it, you're part of the beginning.

A featured page in the Founding Edition is $75 and includes professional story development, writing, and custom layout design. You’ll review and approve everything before publication to ensure your story feels authentic and true to you.

Step 1: Select Your Feature Option

Choose a Free Mention, Premium Featured Page ($75), or Premium Plus Feature ($150).

Step 2: Complete Your Submission

Share your story through the guided submission form or by email. You’ll provide your responses, photo, business details, and any optional materials for your submission.

Step 3: Review and Approve your content

Before publication, you’ll have the opportunity to review and approve your written submission or featured page to ensure everything feels accurate and authentic to you.

Step 4: Be Included

Once finalized, your story will become part of the printed Voices of the Chamber Founding Edition book celebrating the people and businesses that help shape our community.
